I have been having intermittent adsl (my neighbour as well) since beginning of January. First I thought it was the ISP, i changed. Problem persist. Telkom has been out to my house twice, and "fixed" the issue. They apparently even changed my port at the exchange. I then thought it may be a router issue. got a new router, and STILL THE ISSUE PERSISTS!!! This is clearly NOT A ROUTER IISUE OR AN ISP ISSUE, but telkom clearly couldnt care less!!! ts now been a MONTH, but of course, telkom states its "fixed". Im at the end of my tether and dunno what to do. I also REALLY CANNOT AFFORD TO BE ON HOLD FOR HALF AN HOUR DAILY to get THE SAME RUBBISH FROM TELKOM! Where can I go? can I sue for breach of contract? I will wait a couple of minutes, hopefully my ADSL wll be up so I can click on the send button to send this complaint. Lets pray this gets some service, because NOTHNG ELSE DOES!!!
