Telkom ADSL DSL port - exchange faulty?

Good day

Telkom is doing a business that says, "I don't care". My ISP notifed me that Telkom is conducting maintenances on all adsl lines. Why does Telkom NOT take the pro-active action to do its duty to notify me of this? Where is the real service? Why must I bother to pay you for your services and you have not the guts to send me a simple email to warn or notify me of your due maintenance on my adsl line? All I got is the monthly billing account. Not good enough for a half hearted service from you, Telkom.

I have been in the ongoing battle with the adsl line at home. The dsl port led on my router is going off all the time and I loose my ip address again and again. The issue is NOT with my isp. The issue is with YOU.
