Late Delivery, No Communication

I really thought Afrihost was the best ISP in South Africa, or at least that's what we're told. Last week I decided to order a wireless dongle and the first problem I faced was the fact that the contact number on the website wasn't being answered. I then tried their live chat support and no one responded to me. So I placed the order any way and they only sent me an invoice, I didn't get a delivery date at all. I was getting worried about my order so I contacted them today and they told me that there is a backlog and my order hadn't even been processed yet, the consultant added it this morning. Right now they are selling these dongles on special and I purchased it full price but the backlog of the special is affecting my order. I am disappointed and inconvenienced. Please improve your services.
