I have taken an ADSL contract with Telkom. I am now 6 months in to my contract and had to replace the router 5 times. The router just stops working for now apparent reason. The quality of the netgear routers Telkom supplies is less than rubbish. Telkom does replace the router each time, with the exact same thing, but that isn't the issue. The issue is losing internet connectivity each time the router stops working, then reporting it, and then having to go and replace it. Then the new router has to be set up again, it is a hassle, and I'm paying way to much each month to be dealing with this. Telkom makes millions each year by over charging us, the least they can do is get a decent supplier for their routers.
