Unsolvable Account problem at Telkom

At 2am this morning my internet account suddenly dropped - Router is in sync however no traffic is allowed through a sync'd line.
ISP (OpenWeb) confirms all is fine with the account, testing the credentials at a friends house shows this to be true.

11:03 Nueza - Account has been suspended, speak to accounts (58 minute call)
14:13 Tsepho - Accounts department says account is fine - speak to technical. No reference number nothing is wrong transfer to technical
14:30 Patrick - No reference number, please contact accounts. Rudely puts the phone down.
14:48 Nonkenueko - Data service is suspended speak to account. No reference number available. Transfer to accounts
15:21 Leonard - Data is suspended. Provides a reference number (556819229) - Transfers to accounts
15:39 Paul - Accounts says data and account is fine, Line is sync. Please hold for internet. (No reference number available as nothing is wrong). Hold for 28 minutes with a blank line.

This is absurd, I am on debit order and I get billed every single month.
This is day 1 without internet, and unfortunately I use it for business. Will this ever end?
