I have had 1 line with ADSL for a couple months. No problem. Now a second phone line with a new ADSL circuit and adsl package at the same premises installed and the problems begin.

Technician installed the line. I can make calls. My ADSL router (both of them) show it is snycing fine, but I continuously get Authentication Fail. However, I test both routers on the old line and they both work fine with both ADSL accounts.

I can unplug the phone line, and change no settings on my router to my new line and I get authentication fail.

I call 10210, a voice recording says there's a problem with my account and go through to accounts. Turns out my account is in credit so no problem there.45 minutes on the phone, I get passed from accounts to technical support, to internet support to activation and back to accounts and NO ONE can help.

Another 25 minute call and the same issues just with different excuses (wait for order to be completed).

Now the order is flagged as completed, and the same problems. Latest phone cal to tech support and they want to charge me a call out fee because that id10t can't figure it out.

GET MY ADSL WORKING PLEASE!
