No response on account query

I received my Telkom account the middle of Dec and saw that I was being charged for two unknown amounts on my bill, I phoned Telkom accounts to query and was told that the one amount would be removed but the other amount was for installation. I did a self installation of my ADSL and per Telkom's agreement as shown in the link: [URL Removed]

I was told by the account representitive that someone would contact me to further sort out my account and was also given a reference number :27137496. To date I have not received any feedback, but received a sms asking for payment and when I try phoning Telkom's Account department I get past the prompts and then the line drops. I've even gone as far as phoning Telkom's fault reporting asking them to put me through to the Accounts department and the same thing happens. HOW!! am I supposed to sort out the mess that is my account if I receive no feedback from Telkom and can't even get through to their Accounts department to sort out the problem before my line is suspended which I want to avoid. I am very irritated and annoyed.
