WRONGFULLY DEIBITING MY ACCOUNT!!!

In January, i received a notification that my cell phone debit order was returned. So i made an EFT payment. I sent the proof of payment viA fax and email to different consultants about 7 times before they activated my cell phone account again. I noticed that the debit order went off a day after I made the EFT payment. So in fact January month i paid double for my cell phone. After sending through my bank statement and proof of payment twice again there after, they still havent resolved the issue, my account is apparently in arrears and the consultants and the accounts department havent sorted this problem out. My account is now suspended and i am still waiting for the accounts department to allocate my double payments, credit my account and activate my number again! It is the end of February already. its been more than a month and all im getting is unhelpful assistants over the phone, the accounts department seems to be just as useless. They dont transfer me to a manager when i request it. I have to hold and phone day in and day out and all im getting is reference number after reference number and nothing gets resolved!! I am publishing this complaint on social media!! USELESS!!!
