INCORRECT BILLING OF SERVICES

Telkom has been unfaily debiting my Business Line Account for services that have not been authorised by myself. I have tried on numerous occassions to contact the Billing department to set the record straight, but each time I am given a reference number and advised that I will be contacted shortly.
This has been happening for the past 3 months. Telkom has now suspended my line due to non-payment of the account. I have been paying for the line and calls made, but not the other services charged to the line.
Please would somebody from Telkom with authority handle my case and assist me. I am absoutely frustrated, as I have a case number and numerous reference numbers. Telkom is definately becoming a Hellkom for me.
Spoke to manager at telkom accounts, Petrova Matthee said Rene Prinsloo at Trudon is handling the matter, reference 214815
I called trudon on the 25.05.13 asked for Rene prinsloo, They told me Rene Prinsloo not available and margret Ava is now handling the matter. When I asked for Margret, they said she was not avail. I left a message to call me. To date she has not called.
