So annoyed, can someone tell me were my phone is

On the 03/01/2013 i took my blackberry 9800 for repairs, called the technical call centre on the 14th JAN and they told me that they have delivered the phone to the branch but when i went to branch they told me that the phone is not with them is still with the technical centre, i called the technicall centre again and the still told me the phone is at the branch, when i went to the branch they dont have the phone can someone tell me were the is my phone.tired of been taken from pilar to post i need my phone and i need it now.
