Cell C Bad Service Cancelling Contract Immediatly

Phone was booked in for Repairs in January, my Phone has been lying at the East Rand Mall stores for 4-5 weeks, before it could be booked in for Repairs, i called the Call Centre, and was told to open a case on the 29/01, no one came back to me regarding the status of my case, i myself had to call the Repair Centre a lady there, advised me that i must go to the Branch and tell them to close the Job on Computer, since it was taken in for repairs before, then the system will allow phone to be booked, that's not my job. Eventually phone was booked in for Repais after 6 weeks, another two weeks at the Repair Centre and eventually came back, I went to collect the Phone at the Branch on 23/02, and had to take it back the following day 24/2 as it was still not working, I called in and they advised that the phones will be collected on Tuesday for repairs. I then called on Wednesday after receiving the sms that it was at Repairs then i'm told that the phone is not repairable, why was'nt I told this when i received the phone the first time, and was this Phone not damaged while it was at the Branch for 5 weeks. I do not want that Phone keep it and I'm cancelling my Contract with Cell
