Once again here i am

So surprise surprise. Here i am once again having to resort to hello peter to get something resolved. Where do I start: i sent my phone in for repairs in the begging of August. My phone arrived back at the Zevenwacht branch, which by the way is one of the branches which offer the best service, and i was not alerted to the fact my phone was returned. One of the agents at the branch went out of his way to alert me to collect my phone. when i recieved my phone all my services were working. the next morning nothing was working. i contacted the call centre who told me to contact the blackberry technical team, and there i spoke to 3 diferent people who all 3 advised me of 3 different procedures with no result.then at the end of the day my phone has to go back for repairs as apparently nothing was repaired since there is no repair sticker on the back of my phone and my phone comes back worse than before. the only reason i upgraded my contract with this company was due to the excellent service i receive at zevenwacht mall, but when i have to struggle with after having sent off it to be "fixed' it leaves more than a bad taste. And once again, i'm left running around. Surprised? afraid not
