Still dont have my phone

I took my phone (HTC one x-imei-353426056041965) in for repairs on 23 May 2013 and up to date I still don't have my phone. No feedback has been provided. I made contact with the branch (TWICE) and NKULI advised that she will contact me back (sadly I'm still awaiting her calls). I then called the repair centre on 0839000349 and I was told that the phone is still at the branch. How long will it take you guys to fix it if it takes you six weeks to deliver it to the repair centre? Please attend to this matter as I'm paying for the phone every month.
