Please can someone advise me why I should pay R 10 per month to have my statement posted//sent to me and why should I pay R 22 to receive my statement via email or view them online. The justification is THIS IS AN ADDED VALUE SERVICE. How is it added value when as the customer I want to manage my account and AUTOPAGE want to charge me to view my account?

Surely Surely Surely this doesn't seem right. I will pose the question to the NCR on this.

I accept that most services providers are high volume low retention and high customer frustration but I am getting a bucket list.
