Cellphone lost or no one knows where it is

Took my cellphone to centurion branch on the 13th July 2013 for repairs. Called Technical support on the 19th July and they confirmed phone was fixed and already dispatched back to MTN centurion on the 17th. I called again on the 2 July 2013 and the same info was confirmed. did not received any notification from MTN so i went to the centurion branch on the 22th July 2013 and they confirmed they did not receive the phone back. I called the Technical support again this morning and they gave me the wable no MTHVM3599834 and RTT number to call and check where the phone is. RTT confirmed phone was delivered but they cant track anything further with the wable no and they need a new ref no. Spoke to Lindy who is still investigating where the phone was delivered to. I need my phone back urgently. I have had a contract with MTN since 2006 and to get such a horrible experience now it is not on.
