Terrible service from MTN-JOB NUMBER 1-5646477858

I am a MTN contract holder and when i upgraded my blackberry bold scroller broke i booked it in at the canal walk branch and they sent it off to the repair centre in JHB i received a new phone or so i was told.

2 weeks ago this phone that i was told is new started rebooting by itself repeatedly i received this "new" phone in July last year, i booked it in with MTN canal walk again and they advised me that it's going to the new repair centre in montague gardens, after the phone arrived at montague gardens repair centre the technicians report came back saying the phone is BER (beyond economical repair) due to unauthorized entry into the phone and screws being missing, it seems i'm being blamed for screws being missing when i dont know how to access the phone never had problems with the phone and i do not even atempt to go into the phone i always take it back, now between the montague branch and JHB branch something is not right, either my phone was switch or something or this is a and now MTN refuses to fix my phone.

if this is not sorted ASAP i will sue MTN for defermation of character and take this to the papers as well, after numerous messages no one has called me back!!
