After submitting a migration form before the closing date as required by you, our migration was still not completed. I received sms confirmation of migration being successfull, however, come the 01st of Feb, no migration done. Upon calling your centre and speaking to Phindi, she advised me that there was a technical error with the processing of migration. Why then send an sms to say successfull??? She promised that this would be sorted out in 2 days, which i hope it will and promises have been made that there will be no cost implication for me (the customer) due to an issue on your side!!! SORT THIS OUT NOW or cancel my contract all together at no cost as i am sick and tired of dealing with you incompetent people... disgusting!!!
