Migration request not completed

Hi,

I submitted a migration request from Business top up 315S to Red Advantage. The request was completed on the 16/10/2013 as per your website and call centre.

The new contract had to be active as of 01/11/2013. This was not done. I phone in to your call centre on 04/11/2013 and after speaking to 10 different people I was told that the migration would be completed in 2 - 24 hours.

I waited a whole week and phoned back to your call centre on 11/11/2013. to which I was once again transferred between various departments having to explain myself to each and every person. I was then again told that this would be completed between 2 - 24 working hours and that nothing can be done to migrate this immediately.

I have now waited 24 hours and my contract has still not been migrated.

This is absurd!!! how can autopage just say sorry we will look into it? I did everything on my part. I pay you every month religiously but as soon as you slip up all I get is "wait 2 - 24hours" I have been wating for more than 12days now, that is 288hours!

i want my migration completed IMMEDIATELY or I am cancelling my 10 year relationship with you never to return again!
