1 month and still no dsl line

Good day

I need to report this, i have already posted to telkom twice on hellopeter regarding the same issue, I have been waiting for 1 month for a adsl line to be activated which I am currently renting through Axxess, it doesnt seem to me that Axxess is trying to speed up the line application process at all. If this is the case i dont see why anyone would rent a line through this company or even buy Data through them if they cant confirm availability.

When i applied for the line I was told it would take 2 weeks max to have it up and running. Here are links to the 2 reports thats been posted to Telkom:

I dont care who sorts this mess out but im sick and tired of hearing stories from both companies. Please keep to your agreements and service your customer.
