I have been a loyal corporate customer of Autopage with numerous contracts for over 10 years and have never defaulted on my payment in all this time.
6 months ago I entered into a new contract and OH BOY the promises just got made all the time.
At the end of every month I get an SMS advising that service will be suspended due to high usage. R29.00 (HA HA)
Please bare in mind that this is a corporate account with 3 numbers linked to it.
This is eventually unblocked after many hours wasted on the phone and trips to a branch. I am promised that the problem has been sorted out and the problem is that some one did not do the correct thing on the system. I am then assured that it will not happen again.
Guess what it has happened again.
I am in the service industry. If I treated my clients this way I would be out of business.
I wonder, Is Autopage in breach of contract by cutting me off every month?
