Still no line connectivity

Good day,

I applied for a DSL line on the 2nd January which is still not activate i have pleaded for assistance and Axxess just keeps blaming Telkom for the line not being active.

My DSL line on my modem has become solid 2 days ago and Shanee at Axxess advised me I should be able to use my cap and I cant. When i called Telkom yesterday they advised me that my ISP must just complete the order and I will have use of my line, this has been a major frustration and inconvenience for us. I have made 1 previous HelloPeter post for Axxess and 2 for telkom to have this sorted out and im still waiting. Below are the links to my previous complaints:
