Will not cancell cell contract

My contracts were up in December 2013, I went into Edenvale branch and filled in a contract cancellation form. I received no less than 6 phone calls begging me to renew the contracts, which I refused to do. The End on January the contracts are still running and I have been charged the same amount for February. I do not know why or what part they do not understand. I want my contracts cancelled and my money refunded.
