ACCOUNT NOT CANCELLED (CPA ACT???)

Good day

I visited the Westwood Telkom store on the 01.11.13 to cancel two contracts that were ending on the 31.12.13
I requested that the two contracts ending to be cancelled and filled in two forms, Since then only one contract has changed over to prepaid and I am being billed for the other. In September/October I was being harassed by Telkom to upgrade and declined so many times stating that the contracts are going to be cancelled the call in December stopped as I taught that both contract had been cancelled.
When calling in from my third contract I queried if both contracts had been cancelled on their side and I was told yes they were. On Sunday 19.01.14 I called the call centre once again and queried and was told that one had been changed to prepaid and the other was still active.
Maybe Telkom need to me reminded of the CPA act which clearly they are not following!

If this money is debited on my account I will be taking this up further, This is a inconvenience that I must now go into a store again a fill out another cancelation form and probably now be bill which better not happen!!!
