I had a 3g card with 8-ta for the last 24 monbths and this expired on 6/10/2013. I went into the Fourways branch on 18th September to try and renew the contract and the lady by the name of Hleziphi told me that the contract had expired and could not be renewed and I needed to take out a new contract, which I did. I filled out all the paperwork for the cancellation of the old contract and completed the forms for the new contract. To date the old contract is still not cancelled!!! I have sent around 50 mails and many phone calls to find out what is going on and nobody can explain why the old contract is not cancelled. 8-ta are collecting the money for both contracts from my bank account. I urgently need the old contract to be cancelled and my money to be refunded from the date of cancellation. If they had told me that I could renew the old cobtract I would never have taken out a new one!! The service from 8-ta is shocking!!! They are happy to take your money but not interested in helping at all!!!
