13 DEC 2012 i went to Nashua mobile to cancell two contracts (should have cancelled all of them) and spoke to a lady by the name of Meloni, she gave me figures for what the cencellation fee would be and i paid that using her PC to do the EFT and gave a her a copy of the payment and asked her to cancell those contracts. Nashua mobile then bill me for the 15th of Dec for those same contracts which is understandable, i then get a bill for January and still see im paying for the contracts i cancelled and see funds which i used to cancell them being undistributed and used to pay my account, ive been on the phone everyday with nashua mobile since i got my statement and im getting nowehere with them, i explain the whole story to one and then he/she transfers me to another department only to hold for 30mins and still not get through THIS IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. I get hold of tebogo in customer service and he tried to help, he sent an email to Meloni expalining she by not providing me with a cancellation form (not my job if Nashua mobile dont give this to me im the client how must i know what to fill in ref number 1001519013 was supplied and i have stil not recieved a call.
