Dear MTN
I bought a laptop on an MTN contract, part of the contract is a 1GB p/m data bundle with an included LTE dongle.
I got the laptop in December. The LTE dongle didn't work then. I went in and asked why, they said wait until you get billed. Got billed. Still didn't work. Went into a branch at the Airport, they said it wasn't RICAed properly yet, so went through the process, and was told to wait 48 hours. Waited 48 hours. Still didn't work. Went into the Blueroute branch. Massive queues, useless staff, couldn't do anything at the branch "we can't test or do anything here", and told me to call a number and get support that way. Called support number, after a 45 minute wait I gave up.
What is this service delivery? Its a R1500 contract per month...
