Worst service ever

Dear Peter,

My 65 yr old mother took out a 2GB data contract with Cell C in the start of the new year. She has struggled with connection in the area and since the start of the contract which is roughly 3 months she could not connect in any way. Yesterday (29 May 2013) a "useless technician that could not even operate the dongle" was sent to our house to test the signal and the dongle on the devices, the guy had the audacity to test it with his Cellphone and told my mom that he has great signal. He then tried the dongle in his Laptop but did not succeed in any way. Last night (30 May 2013) I tried it on my Laptop and my Tablet and even my wife's devices but did not succeed in any way.

She is a pensioner who took out the contract to keep in contact with her friends but she could not do it whatsoever due to bad service delivery and great marketing from Cell C. i have a Vodacom Data WiFi in my house and that is great whick I tested the devices last night to see if the fault is not with our devices but all was well.

All we want is to cancel the 2GB contract since it is not working.

I trust that you will contact me or my mother with a competent person to cancel the contract.
