Tried to do an upgrade/migration and still respons

I am a long time customer at vodacom, over 10 years and am very disappointed. I tried to do a migration and was then asked for documents which I have been sent and still no reply, when I phone they say the application for migration is still open. Please help as I would like to get this over with
