Hoping to get Vodacom's attention re. poor signal

I have been trying to get a better Vodacom signal at my home for 13 years.
Every few years I would contact Vodacom, and sometimes they have responded, but it seems as if they have stopped responding to enquiries re poor signals through their normal customer service channels.

For many years their response had been that they are aware of a need for a new tower, and that eventuallly a site has been found, but that the regulatory procedures would take 30 to 40 years (I joke!) to finalise.

I tried waiting, but I seem unable to wait so many years, and wondered if Vodacom could perhaps buy newer invented technology, so that I may get a signal before I retire in 2020 and move to the coast.

I reside in Clubview in Centurion.
