Dear Cell C
i am disappointed at your customer service and repair terms and conditions. The battery keeps dying every 3 hours and the charge part wont work, most major problem is that during a call it will just get cut. naturally i booked the phone in for repairs. i was not given a loan phone. the z10 is a micro sim which phone do i put the sim card in? Its my work phone how do you expect my clients to contact me ..? ive been calling the call centre everyday, its either the phone hasnt arrived from the store or i need to wait for a tech to it. EVEN THO its marked urgent i have requested for a new handset cause the old one is un usable. During the course of the calls no agent ever mentioned that if the phone is booked in for the first time your'll will only repair it. not replace it. can someone from cell c please use the phone ...? maybe then your'll will understand its a manufacturing fault ..? the phone is under warranty and insured with cell c. do any of these cover the faults above ..? if your'll cant help me with a new handset please cancel my contract. as i do have 3 contracts with your'll so far and i sure wont take another. im not willing to wait 15 days
