Endless problems with my phone

Good day,

Following my original complaint on the 4th December 2012.

I could not book my phone in earlier, as my phone is used to for business purposes, I have booked the phone in at the Pinelands branch today, as requested by Cell C, for the 3rd time. Kindly note that I cannot wait another two weeks for Cell C to tell me that my handset has been "fixed"when in actual fact it has not.

It is more than apparent that Cell C's repairs division is unable to fix my handset and I hereby insist that Cell C replaces my handset with immediate effect. Should Cell C not be prepared to replace my phone, I would like to cancel this contract, and apply for another contract at a service provider who would be able to assist.

I look forward to hearing from you as a matter of urgency in this regard.
