I have a Samsung galaxy S2. Booked in 09 Jan 2013.The phone started giving issues with the battery not charging and the phone kept giving issues and saying high voltage problem. I booked the phone in at Sandton Cell C and Lenette was the service desk agent whom assisted. I requested they check my cover for the phone and I had C cover and Warranty. I informed the agent if I can have another phone, if the repair cost are too high and was informed I will be contacted. On the form she did not complete my cover. I informed them that I was covered and I had to go back to Cell C Sandton and complete an incident form to get it sent to C cover under warranty. I informed them of the quote that was sent to me and asked for another alternative for maybe a new phone but no one called. I requested any feedback needs to be sent to me via email but still nothing. I received a call from C cover confirming they are going to go ahead and do the repair. (Surely this is uneconomical to repair on the cost of R2999 and the phone value is only R5500.I called C Cover and was informed that I was going to have to wait another 2 week for the completion. This is pathetic service. I will not stay with Cell C.
