On the 6 of January 2014, I booked my Iphone 5 for repairs at the Cell C store in Sanlam Center Pinetown. The told me the phone will be repaired within 21 working days which I agreed to. On the 12th January 2014 i received an sms with a reference no. to say my phone has been booked with the repair centre. On 4th of February 2014, being more than 21 working days later, i phoned cell c customer care to find out whether my phone has been repaired, they responded by saying they have not received the phone for repairs. Then i phone the cell c store in sanlam centre pinetown where i booked the phone in to inquire of the status of the repair of my phone. The Manager said that they forgot to send my phone. How can they forget to send my phone in. Ive been a loyal customer of cell c for numerous years and to get service like this is unacceptable. They now tell me i must wait another 21 working days (suppose they do not forget this time to send my phone to the repair centre) for my phone to be fixed. I am utterly disappointed as now i am going to be inconvenienced for another month without my iPhone. I should be given a new iPhone and the responsible persons should be taken to task.
