Why can Cell C NOT give positive information!!!

I booked my phone in for repairs on the 6th March 2013, got a call to tell me it would cost x amount to fix. I informed the caller that I have C cover, so wont have to pay, after 2 weeks I got a call, that my i can collect said phone. Taking time off work, I went to the store to collect, but to my dismay phone was NOT fixed, instead it had a tag attached, stating "quote rejected" I was very upset as my time was wasted. I then spoke to a lady named Carmelita, who works at the store and who was actually very helpful. She attempted to resolve the issue. After a few days I went back to store to enquire and Carmelita informed me that there was no need to book phone in for repairs again, as I am going to receive a other phone.( she even showed me the emails that was forwarded to her, regarding this matter). Much to my dismay, I received a call from repair centre, asking me WHEN my phone is gonna be booked in, so that they can start with repairs. Meanwhile I have to PAY my contract, yet DONT have a phone to use!!! IS THIS THE WAY CELL C TREATS THEIR CLIENTS??? I am VERY disappointed by the way this matter is handled. Does Cell C think clients would refer them???
