I renewed my Cell C contract in June 2013.The Blackberry phone I have received had a battery problem. I have returned the phone to the Branch where I have renewed my contract and they booked in my phone. After 5 weeks I got an sms that I can collect my phone as it was repaired. According to them it was a software problem. When I got there they hand me my phone but no battery. I told the agent that I gave my phone in with a battery as the battery was the problem, after checking the check in document and saw that in deed I have booked it in with the battery they told me, they will go and look for the battery. Two weeks passed and I got my phone back. Still the same problem, the battery is still faulty. After many fights and contacting the consumer rights Cell C delivered a battery to my house last week only to find that the replacement battery Cell c has send is also Faulty. The battery was handed to me in a envelope like package, so I doubt that it was a new battery.

So now I'm still frustrated with the battery problem. Cell c can be sure to know that I wont renew either one of my 4 contracts with them.
