Cell C
Highly disappointed

Hi... My name is Mthoko Mlaba, i am a cell c subcriber and i booked my handset in March 2013 for repairs at the Mega City branch. I recieved an sms on the 15 April advising that my is now ready for collection. to my suprise the phone has not been repair but instead has alot more issues then the initial state it went in. I am now unable to use the handset as the condition is worse than before. It was gone for more than 21 days and i am struggling to comprehend a to what exactly was done to my handset all this time. I am dissappointed and disgusted with cell c's lack of service delivery. This is my primary phone which i am unable to use. I would like cell c to replace my handset asap, because i am not willing to wait another 21days only to be disappointed again.
