Cell C
Received cellphone back but still faulty!!

I have a contract with Cell C on my Z10 and when my camera got faulty send the phone in for repairs. After waiting 5 weeks to get my phone back just to discover that the phone still have the same problem. The phone is therefore not fixed and when I phoned the repair centre they seemed like nevermind and just advised me to resend the phone. So in essence the technician just send a mobile phone back which he did not fix and I have to now return the phone for the second time. If he couldnt fix the problem why did he or she just replace the handset. Its under warranty. Honestly the service from Cell c is bad because I also later discover that I could have got a loan phone in the mean time and no one even offered me that service plus I have to ride my petrol out to go drop and pick the phone up. MTN picks up the phone at which ever address you give plus they send the loan phone with and you wait about 2 weeks for your handset, my previous handset was replaced when they could not fix it... Cell C is the network I have ever been, no use your contracts is cheap but your service/ repair service is bad. Im highly upset and I am considering of cancelling my contracts.
