Pathetic service, and lack of ownership

I have contacted 8ta to request a settlement letter on my contract. I was inform to visit a telkom mobile store, i explained to the agent that the application was done online and i am not close to any Telkom store hence i am calling the service centre. Spoke to a team leader by the name of Thulane Mokoena and he told me that no one will assist me i need to visit a telkom store. Service is pathetic, He didnt even bother escalating the matter for me. When I asked if there was anyway he could assist me, he said he would not be stuck with me on the fone for 20 minutes if he could assist. Rude and useless staff.
