Worst service ever... NOT HAPPY!!!

I opted for Telkom mobile unlimited calling contract 3 weeks ago, I informed the agent at the Telkom store in Cresta that I want my sim to be activated for international roaming and he said will be done. Upon traveling overseas I called the call centre 15 min before my flight to confirm my fone is on roaming and the agent said its not but if I go into a Telkom store they will activate... unfortunately Telkom mobile did not have a store at my departure gate and had to live without anyone been able to get hold of me.
Today I get a call from billing telling me my sim would be disconected in 10 minutes because my debit order had been returned because of insufficient funds, I told the lady that is nonsense because no debit order went of my account, I checked my account twice after speaking to her and clearly saw no debit order going off. I called the call centre and they said they can't do anything I must go into the store and pay then my sim would be switched on. I confirmed my account number with him and he gave me an incorrect account number. Clearly this is incompetence as I gave them my bank statements.
3 weeks since getting this account and I have had 3 heated conversations.
