I am utterly disgusted with the service I have recieved from telkom moblie. On the 9/10 I opened a contract with telkom mobile. Today I just recieved my first bill with telkom mobile actually two bills 1 for R730 and 1 for R600 when calling the call centre they advised me that the R600 documentation is a cancelled contract which I never had in the first place I only have 1 contract never did I open any other contracts with telkom mobile so which is actually because I only signed 1 contract I don't know how I got 2 within 1 month. So I wanted the consultant on the phone to assist me with sorting this out for me, then advises me that she cannot do this I need to go into the store I then ask to speak to he manager puts me on hold to get manager she then returns saying her manager is on a call and will return my call. After waiting for 1.5 hrs I decided to call back for some feedback and conveniently systems are off line for upgrading (what respectable company upgrades their system during their operating hours) why is it that no one ever sorts out a problem completely at telkom mobile. IS THIS THE SERVICE INCOMPETENCE I SHOULD BE EXPECTING FROM TELKOM MOBILE???
