I visited the store on Thursday last week regarding transferring my wireless line from jhb to durban, Pauline I think it was advised that she could not help and I should call 10210, I called this num and was advised I need to go to the store as I need a new sim card to be issued to me. My wife called the store and spoke to Rudi regarding the above, he said he would come to me with forms etc and would call me and sort it all out as I work in the Pavillion. To this day I am waiting for him to visit me and sort this. My wife has this called the shop a zillion time with no answer from them from the below cell num, you are welcome to investigate this as my contract is with telkom mobile. This is horrid service.
Are your staff just too lazy to assist existing customers and prefer the new sale?
