I'm highly disappointed at the service im getting from Telkom Mobile, i took my phone for repairs on the 04.11.2013 and was told it will be back in 3 weeks but that didn't happen im told they don't know when it will be back i should call their call centre so i did but was told need to go to the store as they can not assist. For me i feel this is totally unfair as i'm paying a 24 moths contract but will have the phone for 23 month. I spoke to Adian the store manager and he was so sarcastic and asked me what do i want him to do, I should just wait i will get the phone.
