Bundle Data not updating

I purchased data at 6:39am this morning and it has still not been updated to my phone, call center confirmed the activation of the data bundle and that my invoice statement has been updated. So now Vodacom will be billing me out of bundle data rates and take my money for the bundle I purchased but have not been credit with!! Call center tells me there is nothing they can do about it I should just wait, how about provide a solution to the problem. Call ref#327993305, Call center agent sounded like she was upset with me for calling! Like I'm wasting her time!! Terrible service!
