I upgraded my laptop at the Vodacom Shop Vodaworld. Despite to agents assuring me that I am receiving the MacBook Pro Retina when I opened it at home it was not it. I returned it the following day the 23rd of January 2014. The agent, Andrew Coetzee told me it would be rectified on their system within 24 - 48 hours. Yesterday I was called by the I-store that has stock. When I wanted to upgrade they told me that my that the Vodacom shop never cancelled the upgrade. I have phoned everybody today (0821958) (0116536750) and no one can solve this very simple problem.
