Data bundle ran out on 24/11/2013. Contacted Vodacom customer call center to buy more data bundle for my account. I received an sms stating my 100mg bundle was activated, but on checking on my self service the data bundle was never activated and shows i have used it up. I contacted the data service center 082155 only to find there is a problem with account/data bundle and they will get back to me with in 24hrs. I waited for Vodacom to call me back which they never did. I contacted the data service center again and they still do not have an answer for me regarding my data that needs to be loaded onto my account. It is now Wednesday 27/11/2013 and Vodacom still has not phoned me, i have contacted them again only to be told that they are still checking what is happening on my account with my data not being loaded. I have logged in onto My Vodacom and bought 250mg data in order for me to be able to use my data on my phone, only to find that this 250mg can also not be loaded onto my account. I feel this is very bad service form Vodacom not being able to resovle this problem with in the 24 hour time frame that they specify. I have to phone Vodacom everytime to hear what is happe
