I HAVE BEEN CALLING VODACOM SINCE NOVEMBER 2013 WITH REGARD TO THE UPGRADE THAT WAS DONE ON MY ACCOUNT, AN UPDRAGE WAS MADE AND THE INSTRUMENT WAS DELIVERED SOMEWHERE IN GERMISTON, EVERYTIME WHEN I HAVE TO PAY MY ACCOUNT I WILL CONTACT THEM TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH MUST I PAY AS I HAVE STOPPED MY DEBIT ORDER. MY CONTRACTS WERE DUE TO BE UPGRADED AND I TOLD THE I WANT TO CANCELL THEM I WAS CONVIENCE TO TAKE THE OPTION WERE THEY UPLOAD IT WITH R49.00 AIRTIME AND I WILL PAY THE SAME AMOUNT. NOW I WANT THOSE NUMBERS TO BE CONVERTED TO PREPAID. THYE EVEN CLOSED MY CASE WITHOUT FINDING OUT FROM ME IF I'M HAPPY, I FAXED THROUGH AFFIDAVIT AS REQUIRED AND NOW MY SERVICES HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED.
