FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHA MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED BY VODACOM FOR ABOUT R2000 OR R3000 WHEN I PHONED I WAS TOLD IT WAS FOR AN UPGRADE I DID ON MY VODACOM ACCOUNT IN BETLEHEM, I STAY IN JOHANNESBURG AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TO BETLEHEM BEFORE. I HAVE NEVER DONE AN UPGRADE AND I WANTED TO ACTUALLY CANVEL MY ACCOUNT IN JUNE AFTER THE 24 MONTH CONTRACT. I ALSO HAVE A MODEM WHICH I USE FOR MY WORK BUT NOW HAVE BEE INCONVINIENCED FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS AS MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO THE CASE. NO ONE HAS COME BACK TO ME WOITH FEEDBACK I HAVE TOB E THE ONE THAT CONTINUOSLY PHONES THEM. I NEED TO HAVE THIS SORTED ASAP. I HAVE SENT AN AFFIDAVIT AS WELL AS A COPY OF MY ID AND TO DATE NOTHING HAS HAAPENED. HOW LONG SHOULD I HAVE TO WAIT TO HAVE THIS SORTED AS I REFUSE TO BE KEPT ON HOLD WHILE THEY SORT OUT THEIR INTERNAL ISSUES. HOW CAN AN UPGRADE BE DONE WITHOUT MY ID OR PROOF OF RESIDENCE. THE CELLPHONE NUMBER THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS DONE ON IS 0822138412 AND THE REFERENCE NUMBER THAT I WAS GIVEN FOR THIS CASE BY VODACOM WAS S3-TSD1D-DQ025.
