Cell C
No Answer- certainly not a straight answer

I posted yet another report about Cell C ducking questions on 22 Jan. The next day there was a response saying they would respond.
Obviously they haven't.
"When I asked about the "fake" area manager I was put on hold for over 5 minutes while the regional manager was consulted. Then was told they would get back to me. I asked for the response to be a written one. No response as yet.
Surely Sivy either works for Cell C as an area manager or doesn't? "
