Terrible service, no response

I contacted Neotel about a month ago to find out if I was on the coverage map since I have recently started working from home. The coverage map I saw shows I am just on the outskirts. However, I have been told that there are many people not on the coverage map that are still able to get signal (sometimes with a booster aerial or something like that). I was emailed a map and told sorry, you are not in the coverage area. I responded and asked if they could just come and test in the area since there are people near to me that have Neotel and have signal. No response...

I was then given the email of a regional manager (but not the one for JHB). I was sent a coverage map and told, no coverage... I emailed back and asked if they can please send someone to check (bearing in mind that I am about 5 minutes or less drive from their office in JHB alongside the N1) or let me know who I can contact in JHB at least. I have emailed twice again and still no response... from a regional manager. What am I supposed to do for a response? (and NOT the one that just says, no coverage...). Help! Can I lend a phone and check myself???
