On the 4th of May 2013 I made a purchase of R 399.98 at Mr Price Sport Canal Walk. On the 7th of May my banking reflected that this amount was debited twice. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager. I was asked to email a bank statement, which I did immediately. A few days later I went back to the store and the manager said he did not receive the email. I resent it to him and the Area Manager. I got no feedback. on 22 May I sent another email to both managers requesting feedback. About a week later I received a call from the store manager to tell me that they are still investigating and he will call me the next day. He didn't. I sent another fuming email on the 7th of June and received no response. I called the store manager again and he informed me it was out of store level and I had to deal with the Area Manager. I emailed the Area Manager this morning and I have left 2 messages on his cell today. No response yet... Absolutely shocking service!!! Based on the lack of communication I have to assume that Mr Price Sport has from me and have no intention on refunding what is due to me. I guess I will have to go to the police...
